Datahub's support service - ServiceNow has been opened
Fingrid Datahub’s ServiceNow support service has been opened and you can try out our new service. We will guide all of our customers to the ServiceNow during the spring and we will continue to serve you by email as well.
We will concentrate all datahub and current information exchange service requests in the support service in the future.

To be able to send questions and service requests through the support service, company users must register to the service portal. On the sign-in page by selecting 'Not registered yet? Click here" company users can send a registration request to their company admin. When registering, the company users must also provide the company's registration code that is the name of the company. The company’s administrator(s) accept registration requests.
